"I bought BMW headlights which turned out to need re-wiring and then when they were turned on, they were unwarrantable by our Government testing agency as the lighting was weak and the beam spread was all over the place! I cannot use the car at night and need to remove the lights now. The labor cost of tne auto-electrician for the re-wiring, fitting and removal is over $400. This website is to be avoided at all costs. They sold me substandard, non-standard fitting headlights that are unfit for use. After many emails they refunded the purchase cost, but I am still $400 out of pocket."

"I ordered a Resistor Substitution Decade Box, and they put it on backorder. I waited patiently, and then they told me that they didn't know when the supplier was going be able to send any stock. They then informed me that they were going to cancel my order. Several times, I told them that they didn't need to refund me because they never charged me. So, they deposited 108.98 into my account on 11/24/10, on the same day they took 111 dollars and some change. I shouldn't be paying for processing fees for an item they don't have in stock, nor an order that they choose to cancel themselves. I waited a long time and long enough not to deserve to pay that."

I've tried ordering the same set of items twice from this place and got an almost identical response each time to the effect "We are unable to clear your payment" on two different forms of payment that have never been declined before using the same information I use and have used for many other purchases.

"Do not order anything from this site. Still have not received my order placed Nov. 27, 2009. It is now 5 months later and still disputing charges. Had to email three times inquiring about my purchase before they responded with an email saying that they can't find my order number in their system. They were able to charge my credit card but no record of the order????? Total scam."
"Avoid this business at all costs. I made an order on the 8th, in plenty of time for the holidays according to their shipping adverts. 10 days later, the order had not arrived and I was sent no information regarding its status.
After 4 separate attempts to contact the business, I received a reply on the 21st stating my order had not even shipped, and that despite the products being listed as in stock, none of my order was, in fact, in stock.
I was told via email that it was "Good news!" my order would eventually ship, and I wouldn't even have to do anything.
A second email told me that 1/2 the order was shipped, although it would take 10 days to arrive. Long after the holidays, and the rest of my order was in limbo.
I was charged the day of my purchase, and was never informed about any delays. I sent multiple emails to which I received no replies.
I suggest you avoid this online reseller at all costs."
