"I bought a Lenovo Thinkpad Notebook compyter from this computer. I recieved the order via registered mail in approximately 5 days before my travel. This is the first timew an online company is this superfast and relaible. I will shop from them again"

"I ordered a digital camera from Viladdia's SG-Technologies storefront on 5/7/09. It was in a color that was out of stock everywhere else, but the site showed it as in stock and I called their 800 number and spoke to a rep who confirmed that it was in stock in their warehouse. So I ordered it to be sent via express mail with a comment on the order page that said "If item is not in stock (it says it is on the product page), please notify me immediately." They sent an e-mail the next day saying it would not be sent express mail because of "fraud problems" and would go out regular mail. On May 12, I got a notice that theorder had shipped and my credit card was billed. On May 18, not having received it I called and e-mailed asking for a status update. I received no answer and so called again on the 19th where I threatened to get the credit card company involved. Finally on May 24th, I received the following notice which indicates they never had the camera in stock in the first place. "Today, we applied a refund to this account because our position in the backordering process for the Red Camera. The ranking for those waiting for the red Panansonic camera is 76. We though it will be best to refund the amount ($412.98) since it will take longer than we thought." This camera was meant as a gift to my wife, it has not been fun explaining why it's several weeks late."
