"They sent a defective battery which caused all kinds of damage to the phone then refused to replace it. Here is the message they have sent me twice:

This site is a total scam. Their website impression appears legit and professional as a seller for electronic devices and mobile phones. But does NOT have a physical address for any references which is my first clue as all con artists do. They are located somewhere in China and their IP Address are set to private so its hard to pinpoint where they are exactly. The prices are cheaper compared to other competitors.

So I spent $100 to buy a NEW phone from them and when it arrived, it doesn't work (just like everyone else claimed) yet there are no physical damages. With special tools, I opened the phone and realize the internal parts are NOT new, they were used or refurbished because the water damage sticker is no longer white. Continuing my investigation, returning the phone thru RMA is nearly impossible. No replies to email, accusing the goods never returned. RMA process over two months with conversations going around and around with no end to where you would just want to give up on your refund. The $100 I spent to buy the phone wasn't mines, it was my private company I work at dealing with repairing/buying/selling mobile phones Sorry I can't give out our names to protect ourselves and my employment. Most of our customers comes in with PHONE DOESNT WORK AND I JUST BOUGHT IT. HOW MUCH TO FIX EM? And they claimed that they are purchased online from www.Vifocal.com instead of geekbuying.com, ebay or Amazon due to its lower price mark.
