"I purchased a box set of Burn Notice. It was missing season 6! I wrote them 7 times and never got a reply. On the 8th time they wrote back annoyed saying that they did reply. They said Season 6 was back ordered and it would ship in 2 weeks. A month later i got an email sayin that Season 6 shipped. 6 months later and i still havent recieved it. The ones i did receive were very poor quality. The sound doesn't match the scene. They skip. Some don't play at all. "
