"I wanted to drop you a note and personally "Thank You" for the outstanding service your company provided for our family upon my Father's death. We had ordered 3 additional burial / casket flags that our local Honor Guard had agreed to include in our Fathers burial service so each child could have a flag in rememberance of his 24 years of servcie to his country. Somehow the UPS shipment was miscoded and delivery would not occur unitl several days after his funeral. Your team caught this early that morning and worked dillegently in getting 3 of the same flags from our local post office delivered by courier at your expense.
