"Purchased a 12 month supply of Heartgard Plus Heartworm Chewables for Medium Dogs 26-50lbs 12 pack (Green) (12 chews). When the package arrived the expiration date on the package was in two months! Contacted Vet Shop Max and told them about receiving the product that was due to expire in 2 months and they told me there was nothing they would do about it. No exchanges, No refunds as that is their policy! I followed up (this time with an email) and another representative a day later told me they were not going to do anything about it.
I filed a credit card dispute and will get my Dogs de-wormer elsewhere, but BE AWARE, these folks are not the caring pet company they claim to be! Very bad experience!"
