"I placed my first order without a hitch, but.... When they posted a discount offer - £20 off an order of £50 online - when I tried to use the discount it did not work. The online chat agent reassured me that they would add the discount to my account after the order was placed. Then they did not apply the discount. When I emailed to explain, they refused to apply the discount and added a condition that was not in the original offer letter. I closed my account. And found others reports online of other customers with similar experience. This is a dishonest retailer. You can buy any of their products from many other reputable resellers. Note that all customer service is provided from South Africa so be prepared for a poor understanding of UK consumer moral and legal standards."
