"I just got off the phone with Peter Dapice at VertexPC. He was honest and very, very helpful. He spent the time to actually talk to me and ask me questions (that was VERY refreshing). He then went on to recommend a laptop that was cheeper then the one I called about because it was a better fit for my needs. He didn't have to do this, and I know it cost him some profit up front, but honesty like that pays off in my book.
