"I ordered an Imac 27" online for $2199.00 February 21/22 from clerk Teresa V, gave her my Mastercard # and she said it would be delivered "as early as tomorrow". Waited three days, checked online and it said "order cancelled, credit card declined". Called Mastercard and they confirmed that she did not even try to put the charge through. She did not call me back, just cancelled the order. That Imac is no longer available and the price has gone up $200.00
Very poor service, do not rely on Best Buy Online
