"Vernisoft representative took the time to explain to me about the problems I was having on my computer. After working with me to resolve the problems, my computer now access the internet much faster. Browsing is also faster.

UPDATE ON VERNISOFT SERVICE
After Vernisoft fixed my browsing problem I noticed that My computer volume had stop working. I could not hear a sound nor record anything. Finally on 02/18/2015 I got in touch with another company and paid $99. 00 to get the computer volume working.
On 12/27/2015 I again tried to get in touch with Vernisoft. My computer was not getting the critical update for Windows 7 and I could not restart the BITS. I called their phone number and sent a message. They did not respond so I had to go back to the other company again to help me with my computer. This service cost $149.99.
I paid Vernisoft $299.00 for a 3 year unlimited support. This support expires on 11/24/2014.

I want some of my money back. At least $180.00 should be refunded to me because Vernisoft was not available after the first service.

December 30, 2015 update.

On 12/30/2015 I received a call from Vernisoft Representative. I was told that they tried calling me on 12/28/2015. I checked my phone log and did not see a phone number showing that I had a missed call from them.

I told The representative did I did not get a phone call. However, since I paid for 3 years unlimited service that I should not have to wait days to get a respond from them. It is important that my computer is in good working condition due to the different type of work I do for the Church, ect. I also stated that when I first called them, they were prompt in answering the phone. Since the last service that was provided (November/2014) I have been unsuccessful in getting in contact with them.

Representative stated that in Feb/2015, there was no phone calls showing. I stated that I did call and since I did not get a returned call, I had to use another company to fix my computer. I stated that I hated to have to pay $99.00 to service my computer when I did not hear from them. I also stated that days later they called, but my computer was already fixed.

In conclusion:
I stated that I cannot wait days for them to return my call because it is very important that my computer is working.

Representative stated that if I needed any service for my computer in the future, they will
make my call a priority.

In closing:
I agreed to contact them if I ever needed them in the future. My regret is that I have paid an additional $248.00 to another company to get my computer back to working.

"I asked them to fix port 1900 and protocol UDP.

They said don't worry we are proffesionals and do this everyday. We know what to do. I was charged and then found out they did not do what was requested. After another call it was found they could not do what was requested and I was told to get a new router from my provider. Which I have. I was told I would get a refund on my visa which I am still waiting for. Very Very Very disappointed and not satisfied at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
