"I had order walnut veneer and there are big voids in the sheets that are not on the advertised pictures. I had read the instructions of the advertisement, this is an absolutely unacceptable voids. The website says the picture are taken from the worst case, so the deliveries are in a better shape. This is absolutely not true. I wish the owner was more accurate to avoid this loss for me since the product is useless now. They initiated the return and I am supposed to get the full refund."
"Just received another order from Veneer Supplies. The shippping was amazingly fast. I have received veneer from other suppliers when I needed a particular width but the quality has never been as good as the veneer form them. Joe is very willing to share his experience with veneer in and I have asked him for his opinion on a job. I just ordered the copper veneer sample and was very happy with the results. I plan on trying this veneer to make panels for box tops with the scraps going to jewelry. This is my go to site for veneer. I made 27 kitchen Cabinets with Bubinga veneer from Veneer Supplies for our old house. I am now making cabinets for our new kitchen and will buy all of the veneer from Joe as the quality and support are superb."
"Apologies to Joe for the frustration. It appeared that our email (was although an iCloud account), was maxed out and hadn't been receiving emails for several days. “I don't have any customers with Sarah's name. Nor do I have any emails from her. However, we do have a customer with the same last name (but a different first name). We emailed him on 10/1/19 at 1:12pm to let him know his order shipped and that FedEx would email the tracking number to him later that afternoon. FedEx sent this email with the tracking number on 10/1/19 at 2:21pm.
He emailed me on 10/3/19 at 2:36am requesting the tracking number. I replied back on 10/3/19 at 8:50am with his tracking number, the estimated date of delivery, and I asked him to check his spam folder for the tracking number email from FedEx. I did not get a reply from him after this. His order was delivered on schedule and he ordered again from our website on 10/7/19 at 1:43am - just a couple of days after this review was written. We don't know if he is related to Sarah (who posted this review) but why would he order again from us if he feels our service is a "scam"?
Based on this, I don't think this review is suitable for posting since we have no customer named Sarah Diaz. I don't know what to do at this point since Resellerratings wants me to pay them to flag this review. In this age of online reviews for just about everything, I don't think a company could get by with scamming their customers for very long. Our reputation for excellent customer service is well known. I've never scammed a customer and it has nothing to do with our reputation - it is about the golden rule. I wouldn't want to be scammed myself so I wouldn't do it to someone else. My guess is that Sarah had us confused with a different company when she wrote this review. I've reached out to her through the "Direct Message" option on Resellerratings since I'd really like to know what is going on here.

The customer was in fact not getting my emails. This has been fixed on their end and our customer's sister has updated the review. I appreciate their correction of the review related to this order.
