"My experience with Velocity Micro has always been spectacular. The two machines I've purchased from Velocity have been iron clad, always stable and run, run, run. I've never call customer service unless I needed to upgrade or have Velocity do maintenance on one of my machines. The machine I just ordered is my post pandemic, retirement machine that hopefully carries me well into my 70's. I'm 68 so I've set the bar pretty low. We'll see if my third machine is made with the same attention to detail and professionalism as my first two machines. "
"Out of the box the laptop screen was not functioning. I am an IT professional, so I was able to get it functioning by connecting it to a secondary monitor and changing settings. I opened an incident on the support site. Even though I updated the ticket to let them know that I got it working, I expected to be contacted by their support, but I did not hear from them. "

"My daughter in medical school's Desktop PC, Velocity 896145 serial number on side of case, died after about 5 years of use. She needed a workstation that handles large simulation medical software for her thesis. Not happy about the timing. Considering my other Velocity PC's are over 10 years old and still working fine for my QA Automation of web sites business. This looks to be a quality cost effective option given the configuration and potential use criteria. Hope is not a plan but, the hope is that this "non Costco" type of PC will make it through the next several years. "
