"I ordered a dress using the measurements on their website. I had checked the return policy and their website says that you can return the item if it is the incorrect size. The dress was very small on me. I tried starting a return and got the blue screen of death several times. I tried the "contact us" form. They have never contacted me. I have tried contacting them three times and I have never gotten a response. If I could I would give them negative stars."

Worst shopping experience ever
They have many other bad reviews online and on their social media comments but unfortunately I did not check beforehand.
First of all, on the page of their dresses they make it enticing but stating it will only take 2-3 days to deliver. They hide the fact that it takes 11-14 days to make and process on another page of the website. They fail to mention this on the actual dress pages.
Their customer service is absolutely AWFUL. When I emailed them countless times to ask about the status of the order I received no reply. no replies on social media. Other reviews have stated that their phone number doesn’t work. But suddenly they knew how to communicate when they asked whether I wanted them to ship the finished product. They texted me and when I did not respond they emailed with a screenshot of the text. When i responded with NO and that I want a refund, they ignored it and shipped it anyway.
When the dress finally arrived way after prom, it didnt look anything like the picture at ALL. The dress was horrid. This website is a SCAM. DO NOT BUY ANY DRESSES HERE.
Luckily I was able to claim cashback with my bank.
Also I have requested a couple of times to unsubscribe from their emails but I still get their emails :/ awful company."
"Horrible customer service. They never reply. They sent only 2 of three dresses and then forced me to open a Paypal claim to get a response. They completely shut their website down for a few days after not responding, so I had to file a claim with Paypal. After wasting tons of my own time going back and forth, they said they would help only if I closed the Paypal case, I refused, so they refused to respond or send my dress. Paypal said they can only restore me if I send the two dresses back to them on my dime to CHINA and once the company confirms receipt, which they likely won't, only then I can get my $387 back in total. What a loss, a waste and a sham."
"I just went for UK size 10 dress. The fitting was perfect but really long, I'm 5,6.
The quality is really good too however unfortunately the lace at the shoulders really ruins it. Avoid lace dresses. The sizes are correct and not too small like the usual China sizes however ensure you measure your height. "
"The dress was clumsy and looked kitschy, completly different from what was presented on the photography. I sent it directly back and now I have problems to get my money back- they have very strange return policy. I think I will not get my money back :-( :-( :-( I lost because of them a lot of money because their products are not cheap. Better save Your money and avoid problems and costs!"
