CUSTOMER SERVICE ****

"I ordered a tabletop vape from them and it arrived DOA (dead on arrival). I tried to resolve with them and they gave me an RMA number to return the vaporizer but they did not give me a shipping label. So, okay, i paid for the $20 return shipping. I called them to upgrade my order to a Storz and Bickel Digital Volcano and they said they will charge me the difference in what i already paid (minus the 15% restocking fee). I was upset that they charge a restocking fee on a DOA product. So i told them to just refund my money and i will purchase the Digital Volcano from Amazon ($523) with the easy valve. They were going to charge me $563 and when i told them that Amazon charges less they refused to match the lower price even though their websites says LOWEST PRICE GUARANTEE. I will not recommend this online seller to friends and relatives. "
