"I ordered a Caliburn Dillion from their website which was showing instock. Then I get a message stating that the device is instock but the cartridges are not and the order will be held. I have waited since the 28 March 2024, for my order to arrive even though I had selected the "fastest" delivery option.

I have yet to receive my product nor any interaction with them feels like I am talking to AI as my emails are ignored and the message is almost automated with mainly a non-challan verbatim of the same basic delivery information which has not been useful and no reasoning or assistance to issues that have been caused."
