"Some of the best customer service I have seen for a vape shop. My package was lost in the mail and the tracking wasn't updating. I emailed ****@**** and they got back to me right away. Told me to give it a few days, which is reasonable. The package still didn't delivery or tracking updated. Vapes.com sent me another package as well as some freebies for my troubles. Not only that but two weeks later the original package came. I emailed them because I felt bad and they told me to keep it! Also love the vape pen and box mod BTW!"
