"Placed my order and selected 2nd day shipping. I needed the product quickly and expected to get it quickly. This company does NOT voluntarily communicate any information about a customer's order whatsoever. After not receiving my order for more than a week I finally emailed their tracking address and inquired about the whereabouts of my order. ONLY after asking they regretfully informed me that the product I ordered was out of stock for at least a month. I promptly and not so politely canceled my order and took my business elsewhere. I will never do business with this company again. End of story."
