" I had ordered a set of tires on a holiday weekend and marked the wrong size,later on that day i was checking my order and realized the error that i made.I sent a email to see if i could stop the order that was processed.Michael from Valuetread emailed me back and said that he would take care of it when they re-opened on Tuesday morning.He not only stopped that order,but he changed it over to the correct size. The only problem is that they sent me tires that had a 2015 code date. My wife only drives about 10k miles a year and on 80k mile tires,she will only get 1/2 the use out of them .They told me that they don't make that model of tire any more and that there is nothing that they could do.Be sure to ask them for the Dot code date first.Or better yet,just purchase locally....Jon"

"I bought 4 tires and paid via PayPal. After paying, ValueTread.com contacted me via E-mail to inform me they are out-of-stock. They asked if I would like different tires. I replied that I would like a refund so I could buy the tires elsewhere. That is the last I have heard from ValueTread.com. After waiting the required time frame, I have opened a claim in PayPal. Now I have to wait another required time frame for a PayPal decision. I am praying not to be out over $320. It seems that if I hadn't paid via PayPal, I would have no hope of recovering payment. I hope PayPal comes through....."
"I couldn't have had a better experience. I was a little skeptical because I hadn't heard of this company before but, I visited the site and they were cheaper than all other sites. One thing that put me at ease was the online customer service, instant message. I spoke with a gentleman named Alex and he was extremely helpful. I asked many questions and he was very patient. Another positive was they offered pay pal.
After I decided to pull the trigger on my purchase which was well over $600, I received a confirmation email and tracking number. My tires arrived the next day!
Let's just say I will be using this company again for my front pair of tires. Not enough of companies out there like value tread"
