"This company sold me a TV advertised as new that was refurbished. It has broken twice in 1 year. I paid them $300 for an extended warranty but they never paid the warranty company. I am out $300 and a $3000+ TV. "

"They required phone confirmation of my order, where they call you and try to sell service plans and other stuff. I negotiated a bit for a slightly lower price on a 3 year service plan, and they also offered to throw in a HDMI cable. They never sent the cable. The service plan information also didn't arrive for a few extra weeks, and had nothing on it indicating it was related to my valueplasma order or the TV I had purchased."

"Value Plasma sold me a Damaged "refurbished" 52" Sharp LCD that I was told and their website stated was BRAND NEW. They also sold me an extended Warranty that cannot be sold for a refurbished Sharp product. They are not trust-worthy, they do not carry any inventory of their own, nor are they dealers for any of their products and they deal with distributors that may sell new items, but they sell refurbished items. Check your serial numbers ASAP upon receiving any item from them..
They do not return calls, they do not send extended warranties in the mail, they are not reputable...

"I placed my order for a 26" Sharp LCD HDTV on 9-24-07
and it still has not shipped 10-25-07. I was
promised 10 to 14 day shipping from order confirmation which was 9-30-07. They now say it
will ship 10-31-07. When I ordered they indicated
it was in stock but they actually didn't have it.
