They don't honor their rebates

"Filed for a rebate and nothing on the mail. Contacted them and they offered a magazine subscription. They just say that if you didn't get it in the mail then you didn't qualify the requirements and with no resubmissions. This is a scam.

Best Customer Service Ever

"I have been a long time subscriber with Value Mags, going back almost 20 years. Their customer support is world class. Responsive, professional, and best of all...fair. A rare trait in this dog eat dog business. Here's to another 20 years for both of us! (BTW, I asked VM if I could write a review. This was my idea)"

"Great customer service! My bank account showed 4 pending charges for one, so I submitted a service ticket and they responded as soon as they opened the next day (9am CT). The assured me the three wouldn't go through, but went ahead and immediately reversed them for me anyway. Grateful for such a quick and helpful response!"

"I placed an order for a magazine subscription renewal for a magazine that doesn't give discounted subscription prices. However, they were having a 50% cash back sale with a third party website so I got a nice discount. The cash back was credited promptly and my magazine subscription expiration date got updated about three weeks after the order."

"I have been ordering from Value Mags for several years. Amazing as it seems, not only have I not had any problems with the process, I have always received hands on personal service whenever I've made contact with a question. Unheard of nowadays. Keep up the great job, and the customers will keep on coming back. Not to mention the new customers via word of mouth. Yes, I do tell people. Thanks again, Value Mags.

"I had a horrible customer service experience with this store. The guy who answered the phone was rude, unhelpful, and irritated from the beginning. There was not an ounce of willingness to serve the customer in him. In addition, and to make matters worse, he kept hanging up the phone. From a customer service perspective, this vendor is a nightmare. Hanging on hold for 10 minutes just to get immediate hang ups is not a type of business I want to conduct. I give this merchant 1/10 star. "
