"i order 4 of the privacy fencing and they sent an address to return it to. tracking ended at the depot for delivery due to invalid address. i contacted support again and they asked for a photo of the label. i provided it and they then blocked my email address from their support. no further way for me to contact them. they are as shady as can be and are just out to get your money and send you some cheap item they get from china. do not expect to get what you want or any money back from them."

Delivery took weeks as it came from overseas. The items arrived much smaller than displayed. The faux leaves are of the lowest quality imaginable.
The company requires me to pay for return shipping and a $5 processing fee. I’m certain the shipping back overseas won’t be reasonable. The company also offered 40% refund and I keep the items. I’m accepting this to not have to deal with the shipping, however I’m ensuring I share my experience in hopes of saving others from the frustration."

"I wasn't aware that this site was extremely bad and unsafe as I have been using ValueBasket since 2013 and I received all items I had paid for. During these 3 years, I have bought two cameras and five lenses and I received all of them in great conditions and in timely manner. They updated every status of my order in my account. I was very happy. My sister also bought a camera and a lens from them. When there was a problem with the courier service (DHL), she contacted ValueBasket's customer service and they were quick and very helpful and solved the problem. Now I notice all the negative reviews and the fact that the website itself cannot be accessed made me suspicious so I would have a second thought before buying from them again. "Be aware everything ships from China so it takes 6-8 weeks. Returns are very expensive.
I was checking on prices while waiting for a Nikon lens and accidently ordered a second one at a higher price! After weeks of hassle to get a Return Authorization (no number, just an address) I returned the second one unopened. It took SIX MONTHS of me constantly badgering them to process my refund. And of course it was for the lower price order.
