"Valley Vet was the only place I could find where I could purchase a replacement clasp for a grazing muzzle. The buckle (clasp) is the breakaway point on grazing muzzles. So, you want them to break in an emergency. The replacement buckle was reasonably priced and it was shipped right away. "

"I paid for next day shipping when I ordered thursday. Apparently it was shipped the following monday and I got it (vaccines and not super cold) on the following wednesday (still not next day). Not impressed I wasn't notified at time of order that they would not ship friday for saturday delivery. I didn't know about this until I called and asked where it was. I will not trust valley vet with their shipping policy any longer and they would not even refund me the next day shipping (that took 6 days!) when I called and asked about it. "

However it was sent through the US postal service and they left my boxed product between my mailbox and my neighbors at the Highway which is 0.2 miles from my house. (It was not inside my mailbox, they didn’t deliver it to my house, and I was notified an hour after it delivered.) I don’t remember if this site gives instructions for delivery, but make sure you state where you want this left if so. I thought UPS was bringing it to my house, but instead it was the US Postal Service. "
