Sent email Thursday describing the error and giving all penitent information. Received a response from Joe within an hour telling me he was the one I talked to and that the proper part was on its way. On Friday, I received the proper part with a return package to send back wrong part. That is 5 star service!"

"I ordered an 1/8" headphone extension audio cable from this company. All aspects of the order were fine, and I felt I had received a good quality cable at a good price. However, less than 6 months after receiving the cable, after no harsh use (simply plugged into my laptop) it has started to go bad: when bent a certain way, the audio signal cuts out and as a result, the speakers produce a ground-loop buzz as if the cable has been unplugged. This is typical of an old audio cable after years of use, but not what I expected from a cable that truly seemed to be of good quality. I contacted their customer support stating the situation in detail and they responded by simply saying audio cables come with a 30-day warranty only (not even a "sorry"). So, while I thought I had gotten a quality cable at a good price, it turns out not to be the case. If you're thinking of buying such an item, I would suggest you reconsider if you're looking for something to use in the long-term. Ideally I'd like to see this company change their warranty policy to something that shows they stand behind their products. As it is, I know I'll be buying the replacement cable elsewhere."
