"Attempted to make a purchase thru ebay for a $6.00 item. I assumed I had paid using a third party. Received a notice from valley coin that I had not paid. Seller was extremely rude, so I ask to cancel the order. Response was I can't do cancel it up to me to cancel. I attempted to cancel the order, I could find a way ebay said the seller was the only one who could cancel. After a few attempts to resolve this issue. I told the seller to keep the item and I would send no payment. More rude responses, seller issued a 'no pay ding to my account' and closed the case. My understanding is ebay will pay the $6.00 to valley coin. Looks like a scam on the part of Valley coin."
