"DO NOT DO business with Valley Appliance! We paid for applicances 6 months ago for them to be placed on hold and when we called to have them delivered, they refused to deliver them. We have been waiting 2 months now while their sales staff, GM and owner have dodged our phone calls, refused to take or return our calls and even yelled at us when we came to the store to question where our items were. We have been in the home building business for years and have NEVER had such poor customer service - this is not an ethical company and they are forcing us to have to take this to court. Please be warned: this company will not be around for long and if you choose to do business with them, I assure you that your experience will be the same or worse."

"I ordered a freezer in black. They only had a white one in stock. I was told it would be delivered 8 days later. On the appointed day, my husband took off work for half a day to be at home for the delivery. They were very late. When I got home the freezer was white and damaged. I told the salesman I would NOT even consider white. I did not think I had to tell him I would not accept damaged merchandise. "

"Five Stars ! We had been searching for a one-stop shop for our kitchen remodel when we seen Valley Appliance at the Huntsville Homeshow, and found out they offered much more than just appliances. Not only did they design the kitchen of our dreams they installed it for much less than we had budgeted. We simply love our Wellborn Cabinets, Granite Countertops, and Electrolux Appliances. The details and time Tim spent working with us on the cabinet layout, custom tile backsplash, down to the faucet and sink was simply outstanding !
