"Ordered a part for my floor cleaner. 3 weeks later, no confirmation, no tracking and most of all no part. I live a few hours away from this merchant so it's not caught in shipping delays. They do not respond to email or phone inquiries. I had to dispute the charge with Chase to get my money back"

"Placed order for replacement solution canister for FloorMate floor scrubber in March. VacuumVacuum.com charged my credit card immediately. Two weeks later, no canister, no updates, no communication. Tried emailing, telephoning, nothing. Finally got tired of waiting and notified my credit card company to cancel the transaction. Only after the credit card company got on them did I receive notification that the canister had been shipped. Terrible communication-be forwarned, and don't expect you purchase to be delivered in a timely manner."
