"I finally found the phone that I was looking for since everywhere I went locally, it was out of stock. I decided to purchase it from vtechphones.com. What a big mistake! The original price for the Vtech DECT(Model #6032) was for $59.99. As I was going through the checkout, everything was fine. When it got finalized, the price changed to $40.75(including shipping), which I was happy about. Then when I saw my credit card statement and it was a different price they had charged me.. a price of $45.34, which I didn't have a problem with either. The worst part was that I waited 16 days(b/c they have a 14 day period before you can call about your order) and haven't received a shipping confirmation. I decided to call customer service and they had told me they had "no status" on my order and that I was only charged $9.95. I kept arguing that my cc statement was charged for $45.34 and the sales rep kept stating I was only charged for $9.95. After complaining so much, I decided to just get a refund. They did refund me back the money, but I will NEVER EVER order from them again. I found out that stores are carrying the Vtech DECT now, so I'll be purchasing from the store directly. "
