"Useless phone number and hard to find/also useless email contact information on the site. Should have read the reviews before buying ANYTHING from this website. Waited 2 weeks after they took my $50, emailed them twice and finally got an email from them today saying my part was out of stock and my money was refunded. What if I just hadn't said anything? Would they have just kept my money? The part I tried to buy is still showing as in stock and is purchasable on their website. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. My situation actually seems to have gone a lot smoother than most people's. If I could give zero stars I would and I hope someone that works there sees this and realizes they are running an absolute sham of a "business". "
"After reading the reviews, I was VERY nervous that I would never see my parts or my money again. HOWEVER...I am PLEASED to report that my 1985 Volvo tail light came exactly as pictured. It did take slightly longer than the promised 5 days, but perhaps the weather in Canada had something to do with the delay. I will give VLV World the benefit of the doubt. I have not yet installed it, but I am hopeful that it will work as described. "
"i placed my order on 4-14-14.i paid $10.90 in shipping.i recieved a confirmation e-mailed invoice.then...after the expected 5-7 business days...NOTHING.i waited till 5-1-14,still nothing.i e-mailed the customer service center,because there was no phone number posted on the site.the response i got was an order with a tracking number,of sorts,though i never recieved any e-mail with this tracking number between 4-14 and 5-1.usually a tracking number is sent in the confirmation e-mail or once the order is shipped.they took the money,and now i'm supposed to hassle the usps about my order.if anyone has a petition or some kind of campaign to make these men accountable,please let me know."

"This place is the worst!!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. They are totally overpriced and their service department is totally non-existent.
I bought some Floor mats and realized I didn't need them. I emailed in ample time to cancel my order. All I was looking for was a store credit. I even phoned paypal and searched high and low for a phpone number for these clowns.
Absolutely zero response. I thought that since I had gone through all the proper channels and had done it repeatedly that I was covered. Think again. they STILL shipped. I received a third party receipt for the part and called them and said I had cancelled the order and it shouldn't have shipped. He told me to return for full refund. He said that this happened with these guys ALL the time.
I sent lots more emails and FINALLY got a response way later. No apologies at all. I actually had to threaten to approach the bbb and said I would spread my experience to forums before I even got that. They said I would get a full refund.
Well, I didn't. They gave me a partial refund and zero explanation why.
I will be pursuing this till I am satisfied.

"DO NOT BUY from this online only retailer. They have ignored my requests (emails and phone calls) requesting they honor their one year guarantee on a overflow expansion tank that has began leaking shortly before the one-year guarantee is over. Also, the part was brand new but after comparing their part to a replacement tank purchased from local Volvo dealer, I find that their part is missing a fluid level float! I will never buy from them anymore. "
