" recently purchased a Cricut 8002002 Explore Air 2 Bundle Cutting Machine from this seller on eBay, and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing.
When the package arrived, I discovered that the machine was sent without a power cord, making it essentially unusable. I contacted the seller immediately, and it took them an astonishing 3-4 days to confirm that the power cord was indeed missing from the package.
What's even more frustrating is that the seller's proposed solution was a mere $10 refund for the missing cord. Considering that the machine is worthless without its power source, this offer felt like a slap in the face.
To add insult to injury, I was informed that I would have to wait an additional 7 days to receive my refund. This entire experience has been a lesson in patience and disappointment.
I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from this seller to steer clear. Their lack of attention to detail, slow response times, and inadequate resolution measures make them a seller to avoid at all costs."
"Sam's Club was offering these chairs on sale in early November 2023. I thought I would check prices around the Internet to be sure they were a good value. Walmart actually had them for $2 less. Then I happened to come across VIP Outlet for the first time. The same chairs were more than $5 less than Sam's Club . . . and with FREE SHIPPING as well. The chairs were delivered in three business days from the time I ordered. The transaction processed without a hitch. I'll be back to VIP Outlet for sure.
