I took them all, plus a vid card and a cable. Shipping cost was low, total price was low. Shipped fast all things considered and packaging was very good. "I purchased a computer from them on the 1st of September. A few hours later, I sent them an email asking that the computer be sent COD. I have not received any response whatsoever to the 5 or so emails I have sent to them since the first of the month. Canada Post has told me that it should take no more than 8 business days to ship something from Calgary, Alberta to Saint John, New Brunswick. It is now approaching the 17th business day, and I have no idea where my computer is. These people are crooks!! BEWARE!!!!!!"

"Have ordered several times. Order arrived ontime every time. For the most part, all has worked fine... Two instances where something happened, and both were on the same order. Got a laptop and some EDO SIMMs, laptop was DOA, simms were of wrong size. Contacted Paul and told him what had happened... he sent out another laptop (of my choosing) and the correct ram modules immediately. Very professional, very curteous. And you always know what's happening with the order.

"I took a chance buying from a reseller that didn't have any real reviews here (This place is my bible of reliability for resellers!) but everything turned out well :) I was pointed in there direction by a post over at anand linking to a Radisys FlexATX mobo being sold and I decided to purchase it for a small pc project i've been working on.
Price was great, $26 shipped compared to around $40-60 shipped for a comparable gateway board on ebay. Item shipped in a timely fashion, I beleive I ordered either late saturday night or sunday morning and the order status page showed it was shipped monday afternoon. Overall shipping took about four days, but was very fast if you consider that I am in the southern USA and they are in Canada.
Overall it was a smooth transaction, the only thing I would recommend they do is send confirmation emails for order shipments and such, although that info is already available on their site :)"

"I have been buying from these guys for about six months now. I love them! I live in the same city, so all my transactions have not involved shipping and I cannot comment on that aspect of their business. When I had some problems with a couple of items (driver availability, stuff like that) and they were promptly exchanged no questions asked! Also, these guys power up and check out all the systems they sell before they put them for sale. The owner is very customer oriented, and the staff are all technical gurus. Their buyer is a shrewd negotiator, which means they sell for a fair price, unlike certain other used equipment dealers in town here. They even helped me with some problems that were not directly related to my purchase. The most important thing about this vendor is that they have a conscience, and genuinely care that their customers go away satisfied. If you are not happy, they will go the extra mile to make it right, and act like it is their duty to do so. Gotta love that..."
