"Product was dirty, poorly packaged, and didn't perform. Returning it cost me $60 to ship. I lost another $40 in original shipping and restocking charges. Then it took 3 weeks to get credited for what was left to refund. All told, I'm out $100 on a $159 product, and I have no product."

"VCdiscounter has good prices but poor customer service. I received a defective unit and have tried for over a week to obtain information to return and get a replacement. Telephone number on web site only records msgs that are not promptly answered. Email msgs are either not read or ignored. When phone msg was answered via email it only asked questions previously answered in email. When email from vcdisocounter was answered, there has been no response for days."

"DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! They did send my vacuum quickly, but I also ordered 3 extra packages of vacuum bags, which did not arrive. I called them and they told me they had put them in the large box with the vacuum. They did not, there was only one bag in the box with the vacuum. I assumed that the bags had been sent seperately. They have never arrived so I called them. At first, they told me that they were in the box with the vacuum. When I told them that they weren't, they told me that they wouldn't do anything about it because more than 5 days had passed since the vacuum arrived. Again, since they weren't in the vacuum box, I was waiting for them to arrive seperately. They never did, they never will. BEWARE! "
