"Just called to ask about a custom small job for our cabin. The lady was aggressive and not helpful. She informed me I would not want to pay their prices, rudely. The website says they specialize in custom orders, but would not recommend calling unless you know they would want to help with your project. Found a similar product on another website, they were happy to take my money. "
