"So I give one star to those out right ripping me off. These guys sell you but never answer you back when try to make a return. Then they get back to you and tell you that you are over the time for a return. They gave 30 day return for Christmas. What will tell you everything about them os try to wrote a review on them. This is one of the few sites that you can. Yet on other sites they say 1000 reviews with a 4.8 stars. You can't see the details and you can't write a review yourself. Don't deal with then. I wouldn't even buy from them as a Amazon seller cause, in some cases Amazonakes you contact the third party seller. They just pretend they never heard from you. "
"Bought a home PC "new" from a major electronics retailer; uShopMall was the reseller/3rd party seller.
Unit was obviously a return as the box was retaped, case glass was scraped, and most obvious "tell" was that there were shipping labels on the box underneath my label from a different MAJOR online retailer.
To make matters worse, the large secondary HDD included in the system was not being recognized out of the box by the system. I had to replace the drive cable for BIOS to recognize it and had to add it manually in Windows. Not something I expect to do buying a new system.
So buyer beware - I certainly didn't have a good experience with this reseller - uShopMall, and judging from their reviews at various sites online, they don't seem to care. I suggest steering clear. "

"I paid over $700.00 for this bundle that was suppose to be new, one controller was missing, the box that it came in was an old box, that looked like it had been opened multiple times, it also has a couple of stickers on it that are numbered that look like like work order numbers. I just now opened the box to wrap it for a Christmas present, talk about disappointment and a genuine ripoff. I would not recommend buying from this company again "
