"We ordered a computer which they said was 'in stock' and would be shipped in 2-3 days. They charged our credit card for the full price when the order was placed. Computer was not shipped as promised. When we called them they said it was now out of stock but would be back in stock and shipped in a few days. Still no computer was shipped. This continued repeatedly for two weeks. Finally, with no computer ever shipped, we cancelled the order. They said they would refund the charge to our credit card but they did not. We called and emailed to remind them. Still no refund. Finally after a month we had to write the credit card bank about the problem and have VISA do a charge-back to get our money back.
--- Never again would I do business with these people.
--- I should add that on the phone they were always polite and gave the impression that they were trying to do right. But the failure to refund the charge left me with a very different impression.

"I received my order within two weeks from one of their warehouses. Before the order shipped they called and said the laptops had Windows 98 rather than Windows 2000 (this is what was advertised) and that we could get the Windows 2000 licenses for an extra $100. I have been emailing Todd for several weeks about when we will receive the license's to upgrade the OS. Currently we are still waiting for them. I would probably purchase from this vendor again but I would be more causious as to what I buy, it probably would not be such a high ticket item."
