"Ordered from the UK. When I chased the order after a couple of weeks I was told there was a delay at their printers. Obviously hadn't sent the order to them. Took 30 days to get my 1x shirt, they quote 30days on their website, but HELLO this is 2016, 30days????
They charged me $25.00 for post and package. Sent it in $1 bag and they spent $12.83 on post, as printed on the label, and they pocketed the rest. Total rip off and completely unethical business practice. Would never use them again."

"I recently ordered My Princess Bride limited Edition swords from Urban Collector and I guarantee you I will be ordering from them again in the future. Not only did they beat the competition on price, but the customer service was thru the roof. There was an issue/delay with the manufacturer that was completely out of Urban Collectors control. Not only did Jeff respond promptly to all of my emails and phone calls, but he was proactive in finding the solution and resolving my issue. I now have my products which are amazing and exactly as described. I also have an appreciation for Urban Collector as they did exactly what they said and more. They have a customer for life. Its tough to find someone to not only keep their word, but to do so without prodding and also to put up with me bothering them (They did so with a smile). "Ordered a great looking hat, put in the credit card #, and the security code that they asked for, but once the order was placed they let me know that the order did not go through b/c they had asked for the wrong security code. Being a prepaid AMEX that was thrown away after the order, I am now out $25 bucks. I even have a screen shot of what security code they ask for! They take ZERO responsibility for there screw up, and I am out the hat AND my money! Great job UC!"

"Urban Collectors advertised something they didn't have. When I asked for a substitution, they hemmed and hawed about the price I paid. I said when a realtor has an item on the shelf with a price, they come through with the very article or a sub for the same marked price. I got a "I have to talk tg management and will get back later to you" then "Our phones are out" the "We lost your order..start again!"
