Their website is awesome--it gives the uneducated shopper all kinds of information about purchasing tea, and the types and flavors available. Customer service is great--you get speedy communications after ordering, and they frequently ship the same day. It's easy to see what you ordered last time, and a snap to reorder. Packaging is wonderful as well, with the tea coming in a foil ziplock pouch that is labeled with the date ordered. You can remove the label from the pouch and adhere it to a tea tin for storage if you like, or just leave it in the pouch.
All in all, there is much to love about Upton Tea, and lots of reasons not to shop anywhere else for loose tea and tea products."
