"Sent bunk memory, when i returned it they claimed to never have recieved it, even though i had a RMA# and FedEx verification of arrival. After i complained they simply ignored me."

"I bought an HP a1020n computer and wanted to add 512MB of memory. I went to the HP web site and they listed the WRONG type of memory for my computer. When I called them they said "sorry, find it at a retailer"... they didn't even realize they had the wrong thing on their site. So, I started searching the web. I contacted 5 vendors. The only one that actually correctly listed my computer and memory was Upgrade Memory. And, when I contacted them to verify the memory was indeed correct (remember HP's wasn't) they responded quickly and professionally. The correct memory arrived as promised and has worked flawlessly. Customer service is not dead!!"
