"I have dealt with Updone for several years and have been very satisfied with the work and their professionalism. I haven't used them for about a year now and recently sent an order in for about $134.00. I didn't receive my canvas pix so I called them numerous times and emailed numerous times and to my surprise never received a reply. Because of my previous dealings with them, I simply concluded that they went out of business. "I order a canvas print from updone.com on 11March 09. The website advertises 4-5 working days to receive an order. I still have not received mine. I have checked the status of my order and it is still pending, I have contacted "customer service" several times but still have not received any explanation for this delay.
I would urge everyone NOT to use this website. I have paid for my order in full, but have nothing to show for it.
I will be cancelling this order and definatly looking elsewhere to have mine canvas done.

"I ordered 2 canvases from Updone.com of my wedding picture. We were shocked at the poor quality of the work when they arrived. The colors were faded and bleeding. What words can I use to describe how bad these canvases were. The job was very amatueur. When I called customer service for a refund, I was told I had to exchange it only. I asked what guarantees I had of a better job if the workmanship was so poor the first time. The rep. said she didn't know because the work was coming from overseas. I asked if that meant they would take no responsibility for the quality they provided to customers and she said that the owner would not give me my money back. I told her I would contact my bank to dispute the charge and she said fine. Customer service does not exist with this company! PLEASE, don't waste your money and spare yourself the aggravation!!!!!!!!!!!!

"I ordered a print on 12-08-08 via Internet. The website said that it wouod be delivered in 3 business days. My Visa debit account was charged on 12-09-08 a total of $237.49. I contacted the company several times regarding the order (they can't find my tracking information) I finally cancelled the order because New York Sound LLC didn't have any idea of the date my order shipped nor were they able to give me any details except that the order was not there. Now it is 1-02-09 and I have still never received the print, my money back or an explaination from the company. I have filed a complaint with the New York Attorney General's office and Visa so hopefully I will get my money back one way or the other."

"Reviewed many sites that print on canvas, we liked the idea that Updone.com was local to us and their website makes you think that they do the work locally. After we placed an order and receive shipping information, we tried to get shipping information very unhelpful close to being rude. Then we find out that the order is coming from China! They are having the work done in China but making it appear as though they are doing it here in New York. Very deceiving business practice. Will not be buying from them again."
