overpriced and poor quality

"I ordered two shirts that were on sale in my regular size. They didn't fit so I decided to send at least one back, but untuckit wouldn't accept the return since it was a sale item. The price I paid was 3 times what I would have paid--even with sale prices--for an untuckit shirt in an outlet or other store, and the quality was worse. They didn't even have a pocket! This company doesn't deserve to be supported and will more than likely go broke when consumers find out that they can buy five shirts at other stores for the price of one of similar or worse quality at untuckit."

Used sold as new!

"I purchased a men's sweater and shirt in store and also had the store order two more shirts due to not having the size in the store. This is a brand new store in Madison, WI. I purchased these items for Christmas gifts. When one of the shirts that was shipped to my home was opened, it was stained with white deodorant. Not impressed with the fact that the company took a used shirt and sealed it in a plastic bag as if it was brand new. "

Horrible customer service

"Eric has been one of the worst employees I have ever dealt with. I first order a shirt from a store here in Colorado. The shirt was not in stock so an employee ordered it online for me. I followed the order via UPS and it was then given to USPS and then USPS sent the item back to the sender. I called and spoke with Janice who was very helpful and saw that it was returned and offered to send out another one. Another shirt was on its way. on 12.20.19 it showed via the UPS website that the shirt was delivered. I saw the UPS truck and no one delivered a package to my door. I do have the ring doorbell and check and no delivery were made but you can see the truck did come to the neighborhood. I called UPS and they said I had to open an investigation and they would look into this and that they will let the sender know. I called Untuckit customer service line and was connected to Eric. I explained the situation to Eric letting him know that UPS should be contacting them regarding the investigation and if they could let me know that status. Eric asked for the item number. I did not have the item number but did have the tracking number. In the rudest tone back he said well, that does not help me and I need the item number. That did not sit well me and I told him to hold on and I will get it. I got the item number and the next thing he said well it looks like they all ready sent another shirt out. I told Eric yes, after I all ready told you that. I explained I just wanted to let you know that UPS has an open investigation and I just want to know what is going to happen and to keep me updated. Eric I hear starts reading the notes and says again in a condescending tone I'm not sending you another shirt because we all ready sent you one. I asked to speak to another employee because him and I were not speaking clearly to one another. Eric refused to send me to another customer service representative. Eric continued to ask me questions that I have all ready answered multiple times. I then asked to speak to a supervisor. Eric then put me on hold. Eric then got on the line and said that he will put my name and phone number in and a supervisor will contact me. That was on 12/20/2019. I have yet to have anyone call me regarding my shirt, UPS or the way that I was treated. I email cusotomer service through online stating I would like to speak to a supervisor and Eric emailed me back. I reached out on 12/28/2019 to the main store in new york and a customer service rep took my complaint down and stated he would forward my complaint and that his store was right next to the corporate office. I love the shirts but if this is how Untuckit allows their customers to be treated I want no part of this company and will stop giving my money to this type of organization. Hopefully, something will happen and hopefully I can talk with someone who understands my situation since it is not this complicated. "

Horrible Customer Service over phone / Low inventory / Terrible Web site (slow and clumsy)

"You would think an online retailer would be better prepared for the peak holiday rush. However, Untuckit.com clearly was not! I tried to put in a simple filter of "Wrinkle Freee", "Relaxed Fit" and "Size XL". I got three shirts to come up. One was bright solid white (not good for winter). The other was not in stock. This left me with only 1 shirt. A grey boring shirt for $98.

They have great looking shirts. Particularly the solid shirts. However none in a relaxed fit. You would think these less-dressier shirts would be available in a relaxed fit. But no sir!

Customer service was so bad the first time I asked the representative if I could talk to someone else. He suggested I call back. I called a total of three times and each one was no better than the last. No enthusiasm about the product. Lack of product knowledge and just an unpleasant experience altogether.

I will still attempt to get a shirt when it is stock or perhaps travel to Chicago to visit one of their stores. I need to go down there anyway.

Too damn expensive!

"For a shirt that has less material than any other dress shirt, it would only make sense that it should be cheaper than the exorbitant price of your shirt. Most retailers sell beautiful 100% cotton button-down dress shirts anywhere from 20 to $40 yes. Most of your shirts are $70 and up. What's the deal? A bit of a suggestion. Lower your prices and more people will buy them."

Too Small!!!!

"I ordered two shirts directly from the retailer and the large is like a small. So, I returned them and received two extra larges, they were also too small. By the time I returned and received my exchanges, it was past their 30 day "return policy from the original purchase" date and I was out $220! Rip off alert!! They make their shirts crazy expensive with a narrow window for returns this is a recipe for disaster in retail clothing. People like generous sizes and good return policies."

CS is crap when a major return is requested.
Only looks that good on web site and then you wash them
and that's when things turn to s**t for you and your money.

"tried to get info before you order no one their to assist. read reviews . Made big mistake to order . tried to cancel no one responded. Said it has shipped. No tracking number or date of arrival so I am lost and do not have a clue when I am getting a shirt( which I will automatically send back. wasted 10.00 on shipping. Don't do it "

Worst Online Shopping Experience

"I wanted to do something nice for my husband and order him some shirts for our 34th wedding anniversary. I ordered two shirts and was willing to pay the money for them because I wanted him to have some nice tailored shirts since he has mostly work clothes. I paid $70 for one shirt and $100 for another. After not receiving a shipping email after a week I called and asked what the status was.. only to find out that the $70 shirt was not even in the warehouse/was not going to be in stock (so that was a waste of $70 and the site still had to option to purchase the shirt even though there were none in the warehouse). I was refunded the $70 (only after calling and finding out the shirt was not in the warehouse; unlike most companies who have an "out of stock" posting or even other companies who automatically refund your money because of an inventory shortage) but the $100 shirt did not fit my husband well I she sent it back (I did receive another complementary shirt but it was the same fit and did not work). I had to pay for the shipping label myself and paid extra for 2-day priority shipping. I sent the return package through USPS on the 12th of June and it still has not been delivered (so that is most likely a problem with USPS). When I called the first time to check the status of the return because it was taking so long I talked to a customer service representative who said they were going to send me the right-fitting shirt because she saw that the shirt was still "in route". I called again today, June 26th, to check the status because it still has not been delivered. I told another customer service representative about what the other representative said about sending a shirt only to find out THAT shirt was not in stock anymore also.

Overview if that synopsis was too long:
1. I wanted to do something special for my husband because he was a big fan of the looks of the shirts and how you can wear them untucked.
2. One shirt was available to "buy" even though there were none in the warehouse and had no ETA on when they were going to be restock probably because they never were going to be restocked. Sounds like a way to scam people out of their money in buying a shirt that does not even exist.
3. I had to pay for the return shipping label herself due to the company's lack of inventory.
4. I was promised another shirt for compensation due to the USPS taking forever.. only to find out that shirt was not even in stock when the customer service rep told me it was going to be shipped out. Being told you were going to receive another shirt due to another companies slack was nice only to find out that shirt was not even available in the first place was ridiculous.
5. It has been weeks and weeks that I've been dealing with this and I can honestly say this is the worst company I've ever experienced online shopping with. I spent well over $100 and I am just now getting my money back after weeks of this hassle.

"I purchased from Untuckit shirts for my BIL at Christmas! They arrived quick, despite my last minute shopping. My BIL is very happy with the shirts quality and fit. My sister is happy with the look too---casual but not sloppy!"
