The delivery didn’t happen and when I asked them about Erick answered my email saying that the item will take more than 4 days to be delivered. I answered that I didn’t need it in 4 days and he could start with the return process. Erick asked me to reject the delivery, what I did, and now Erick wants to charge me for the restocking fee. When I email him telling that I wouldn’t have to returned the item if the Unoclean Customer service gave me the right information, and that fee was not on me. Erick answered me asking what I was talking about, what mistake their customer service did? I will be going forward with perusing this on principal only. I received a e-mail from him with a picture of a wet box. I have spoke to Eric at UnoClean 2 times today with no satisfaction. I would not recommend this company. There are many online options of services, I should have went with a rated and more reliable company. "
