"I needed an item in a hurry, so I called the Unoclean customer service to get an exact date for the delivery. Melissa called me back giving an excellent date so that I order the item. The delivery didn’t happen and when I asked them about Erick answered my email saying that the item will take more than 4 days to be delivered. I answered that I didn’t need it in 4 days and he could start with the return process. Erick asked me to reject the delivery, what I did, and now Erick wants to charge me for the restocking fee. When I email him telling that I wouldn’t have to returned the item if the Unoclean Customer service gave me the right information, and that fee was not on me. Erick answered me asking what I was talking about, what mistake their customer service did? So I just wrote a novel to tell him everything he already knows. 7 days trying to get this fixed and counting. "
"I placed a order totaling 145.30 for bathroom soap. They were the wrong size, they were returned in the same shipping box that I received them in. However I received a credit for 58.20 only. I spoke to Eric at the company who really didn't seam to care and had no customers service skills and it was a chore for him to speak to me on the phone. I will be going forward with perusing this on principal only. I received a e-mail from him with a picture of a wet box. I have spoke to Eric at UnoClean 2 times today with no satisfaction. I would not recommend this company. There are many online options of services, I should have went with a rated and more reliable company. "
