"Requested refund due ten days and still no unlock even though they assured me it would be done , well on the 10th business day I requested a refund due to them not fulfilling their end to unlock the phone . They state it takes 1 to 10 business days and they took all ten business day and no unlock and ignoring my request for refund me my money ! Beware these people are scam ! "
