"I can't believe this con man is still in business, you are better off dealing with an ex-con than this guy, the fellas call him "Paul" since he wears all the perfumes to the local bars before selling them to you, he needs to be put out of business once and for all."

I might have used the word insulting a little bit too harsh, but the answer I was given is something so funny that I feel inclined to share with the public.
Congratulation on your "perfect" marketing strategy (being it facebook) and the best in my opinion of the worst customer relationship taqtiques.
I'm really impressed.
I though every business should try out to reach as many customer as it can. Also I have not shared any demands, just was pointing out that advertising on only one place is putting limitations. You want to limit you unlimited trade mark - your choice.
You don't want to do business with me, no problem.
And that is that.
Losing customers is very easy, getting them...not that much.

"This company "double dipped" the charge on my order. I sent them an irate e-mail & recieved a return from them saying they had "cancelled my order" & I could "go jump in the lake". It's a Florida based phone bank. Everytime you call, you get a recording & then are told the "Recorder is full". I got ripped off for $40.oo so far. By the way, there is NO phone listed on their site. I got the # from my card company. Here it is! ***-***-****. Good luck!
I don't believe they are a legit company. They still haven't released my money & they don't have a customer service!
BTW-a strange thing happened after I received their nasty e-mail, my computer crashed.

"I entered my credit card address wrong twice, by accident. It kept saying "declined." I realized after two tries that I entered my shipping address instead of billing, but then I just gave up. This happened yesterday.


...I never completed the order.


But I have two pending charges on my card today, from them. Hoping they will not actually post.

"Please do !!NOT!! do any business with the website. I placed 3 orders. The fisrt 2 were ok the last one I paid extra for faster delivery wich I never received on time. The customer service rep/ owner is completly a Jerk. I wish i have read the other customers reviews before. They are very offensive and don't appreciate your business at all. Also price match guarantee is big Lie.. They sell cheap , but their customer service is 1000 cheaper."

"What a GREAT site! First, the prices were unbelieveably low, and my order was placed on a Thursday and arrived the following Monday! I am amazed at the negative reviews I've read, but there's the old saying, "you can't please everyone". The product, a Gaultier EDT, was the same as if I had purchased it for 60% more at the department store. If you read between the lines of some of these "disatisfied" customers, I don't think this store minds losing them. Would I hesitate to reorder from this company again?? I already did!! "

"WARNING - DO NOT SHOP AT: UNLIMITEDPERFUMES.COM This is a misleading - outright unethical website. It clearly states on its main page they will match any web sites prices for perfumes. I ordered absoluteley irristable EDP 2.5 oz by Givenchy & later that day saw it on another website - 69rocks.com for less. I e-mailed this vendor with a request for price adjustment & not only did he Not honor his sites claim, he cancelled my order & stated
"He will not match that sites price because they have a reputation for selling fakes". I later found out from other ratings sites how horrible this sites rep. was for horrendously bad customer service.

"After reading Michele's "smear" campaign I thought I'd made a terrible mistake ordering here.
NOTHING could be further from the truth. One little glitch (he rejected my order thinking the credit card was fraudulant... GOOD JOB!!!)
Once we straightend that out with 1 FRIENDLY e-mail my purchase arrived in just a couple of days.
You can't beat his price & rapid shipping... what more could a person expect? I give this company 5 BIG stars. I'll certainly shop here again.

"ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE OWNER MAY BE CRAZY. I couldn't believe how RUDE the owner was. I placed my first order.
I received confirmation emails and then a cancellation email stating that they do not ship to PO Boxes. Here is the email correspondence:

"Please disregard the previous shipment notification. Your order has been cancelled. We don't ship to PO Boxes under any circumstances. The order has been cancelled/voided."

"Wish I had seen that policy on your website. I have a residential address. I guess I have to do a completely new order now?"

"yes, a completely new order. We only ship by fedex (this is stated on our website) and fedex doesn't ship to PO Boxes, which is why you were unable to enter PO Box, and had to scheme to figure out to enter POB. JP"

I don't understand what you are talking about. Your website offers regular shipping as well as Fedex ground. I still have not seen where it says no POBoxes ANYWHERE, and certainly NOT on your order and shipping pages. ANYONE can simply enter a POB shipping address and the website doesn't give any sort of error message. All I did was enter my mailing address. There was no SCHEME, and I am offended that you would be so insulting to a customer. Are you the owner? I would like the owner's contact information please"

"You are wrong. POB is not PO Box. If you attempted to enter PO Box, it wouldn't have let you. Either way, we don't ship there, so please shop elsewhere, and I am the owner."

"This was the worst experience I have ever been through with a online purchase. If you plan on purchasing anything from unlimitedperfumes.com read this first. I ordered a chamilia braclet from them and ordered chamilia beads from anothor place online they both came in and the beads would not fit on the braclet. When I emailed unlimitedperfumes.com told me too bad we are not selling chamilia any more go to a local dealer to find out and there are no refunds. Unlimitedperfumes.com also called me vulgar names on top of that. Worst experience ever!!! I promise you if there is somthing wrong with your order you will not get it fixed."

If you did not opt for expedited shipping, then it takes a couple of days to process. Only expedited orders move to the front of the line. The flat rate method, as you were advised upon selecting it, takes 7-10 business days to arrive at your destination.

"Like another person who wrote a comment that if they had read these comments first they would have never bought anything from this company online. I purchased three different colognes for myself very early on Sunday 9/14/08 morning and by Tuesday 9/16/08 they were received at my apartment complex's front office as I instructed. The packaging was well insulated and all three of my colognes were in great condition, two of which came in the wrapper and the third was never used and completely full and was not a tester. They sent me a tracking number to track my order but it came so quickly I didn't get a chance to use it. They said it would take up to 14 business days but I received in 2. I was nervous but this turned out to be an excellent experience and I will definitely purchase more items from them in the future. With these great prices I will never shop for cologne in the finer department stores again. Thanks for the great service! "

"Buyer beware!!: Price and shipping turned out to be different than quoted on nextag/google. After placing an order the seller canceled it w/o explanation. When I asked him he proceeded he told me I was "wasting his time, and should go shop elsewhere," he then proceeded to racially insult me and sent me several follow up emails harassing me and threatening to use violence. Said he had my address on file and he would "pay me a visit." He also suggested he would use my credit card and address to make personal charges. This guy is a psycho!!!... check his reviews on pricegrabber, you'll see what Im talking about."
