"I ORDERED A $2060.00 TROLLING MOTOR FROM UM ON DEC. 28TH 2017. I HAVE RECEIVED NOTHING EXCEPT FOR A THANK YOU EMAIL FOR YOUR PURCHASE. THEY TOOK MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY FROM MY ACCOUNT, BUT WILL NOT ANSWER EMAILS OF PHONES. MY BANK IS WORKING ON THIS MATTER WITH A UNLIKELY TO ACCOMPLISH THE RETURN OF MY MONEY SINCE THEY CAN GET NO RESPONSE ALSO. I AM CONSIDERING STARTING A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST UM SINCE 100'S OF PEOPLE ARE GOING THRU THE SAME ORDEAL. THIS IS OBVIOUSLY STEALING PEOPLES MONEY AND GIVING LOTS OF HEADACHES AS I AM READING REVIEWS FROM PEOPLE ALL OVER. I WILL NEED AT LEAST 40 PEOPLE TO GET A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT STARTED.

"This is the first time I have been ripped off by a retail website like this, I can't believe I didn't look up the reviews first. Ordered a trigger assembly on December 17th or 18th, and it was supposed to arrive in 5-7 business days, but I gave it few weeks before I looked into it because of the holidays. I found that their website was down and no one would answer phone calls, so I looked up these reviews. It's been over a month now and it still hasn't even shipped as far as I can tell.
Luckily barclaycard (my credit card company) was pretty helpful over the phone and agreed to get me my money back. I'm also happy to see people posing links to report this company to the BBB and FTC, maybe that's why their site is now down - https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/GettingStarted#crnt
Bottom line: COMPLETE waste of time! Do not trust this website!"

I made an order on December 28, when I try to check the status the website is down, no answer or emails. They charged to my credit card, and I didn't receive order status or SLA. if I don't receive an answer I will declare to my credit card as a scam."

"Thankfully this was for me and not a Christmas present. Website indicated plenty of the item in stock and a 5-7 day shipping. I ordered on 12/5/17. On 12/18/17 I still had not received my order. Their order status on their website indicated that my item was still awaiting shipping. The exact same status since I first checked it on 12/6/17. Since it's impossible to talk to a person when you call I emailed them indicating I wanted my money back if I didn't get my order soon. I received an auto-generated reply that my issue was being looked into. 12/28/17 after still hearing nothing I no longer have any faith I will ever get my order so I filed a complaint with the BBB and initiated a dispute with my credit card company. Unfortunately for me I learned after placing my order that the owner is in prison for fraudulently selling fake knock offs of name brand products so who knows if anyone is actually still employed with this company or if the website is just a zombie taking peoples money. To anyone reading this do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. "
"Every order you place will not ship on time unless it's your first. I did this experiment to prove it. It's called the ole bait and switch. I just got finished cancelling an order I placed 10 days ago. The last order I made took over 10 days to ship. And I have all of the digital evidence to provide if anyone needs it. This is a fly by night venture that will go down in flames and leave who knows how many people jobless because their management is absolutely the worst of any online company I've ever dealt with. And I have an online business to boot. So I know what it takes. They have bit off way more than they can chew. I give em 6-12 months before the proverbial "sh@t" hits the fan. And don't get me started on their customer service. Don't have enough characters. "
"I ordered a gemtech suppressed bolt carrier on 9/27. It was to arrive in 3 days. They charged my card and when it didn't arrive on time, I cancelled the order.
I emailed them my cancellation, and they never returned the money. Instead, they shipped the item in December!
Now they won't answer calls, or provide a return authorization. I emailed 6 times and called at least 6 times. This is a truly horrible and fraudulent site! NEVER BUY FROM UNIVERSAL MANIA"

I finally did get an email from them saying the item will be shipped 3 weeks later? Are you kidding me?
They said if I didn't want to wait they will cancel the order and issue a refund but that was a week ago...

"If I could give zero stars, I would! Ordered item in PLENTY of time for Christmas arrival...apparently they have some "delays". From start to finish, it will be around 1 month until I receive my item! When I e-mailed them, their reply included no offer of asssitance except to cancel the order. Poor customer service! Find someone else!"

Cancelling my credit card order as fraud. Stay far away from this company. Their website should be shut down immediately!!!!"
