"I was so pleased with Unity Electronics with all of the great deals i had purchased from them, until. I purchased a 750gb HD from them for a customer and when i was able to meet with the customer the drive was out of warranty before testing it. The drive came from the factory with an error code and Unity will not replace it. I could have gotten a better product and service from another supplier without the loss of $50. All of the savings has gone out the window due to one failed purchase and that negates any good rating i might have had for them in the past. DO NOT BUY from Unity Electronics as you will get ripped off and it is not worth the trouble. It is enticing, but stay away."
"I ordered a total of 5 refurbished HD 5970 video cards between 2 different orders. Both times my orders processed and shipped very quickly.
I had to call their customer service department about an issue with one of the cards, which was no fault of Unity Electronics, and the problem was resolved satisfactorily by Gene.
Overall, the experience was excellent. I would order again without hesitating."

We had a little trouble installing the camera, but it turned out to be a problem with out old router. The tech support at Unity Electronics was amazing! We definitely shop them again!"

"I purchased a refurbished BenQ monitor from Unity Electronics. It arrived with 2 noticeable scratches on the screen in the center of the monitor's viewing area. When I contacted Unity, they said I needed to contact or be contacted by BenQ and go through their warranty program to return the monitor for a replacement. Unity Electronics made no effort to stand behind the product themselves; they just passed it along to the manufacturer. I have to pack the monitor, take it to a shipping location and wait a couple of weeks for a new refurbished monitor from BenQ. Neither Unity nor BenQ would do a round trip shipment to deliver the new item and ship the return so I wouldn't be without a monitor for so long. I had to fax BenQ the order, and give them all of my personal information in order to get an RMA, and after I complained, they finally agreed to pay for the return shipping but did not offer themselves. I'm annoyed with BenQ for selling a defective product to Unity in the first place, but still think Unity should take responsibility for the merchandise returns on the things they sell. "

"I bought an iRobot Replacement battery from UnityElectronics.com through amazon & after a year it is DEAD! I started to notice battery degradation within 3-4 months of use!!! My original battery lasted 3-4 years, so buyer beware. The performance from these "imitation batteries" aren't as good as the original product."

"I had ordered a Linksys AP from Unity Electronics at Buy.com. Since this AP did not have the ethernet ports I was looking for, I called back within 17 hours for cancellation. To my surprise, they told me they shipped the piece, if I would send it back, they would charge me for retuning it. I filed a complain with Buy.com and Unity Electronics finally sent me a RMA but I had to pay to ship it back. For all I had paid for this AP, it would cost me more to return it. Eventually FedEx delivered the product, it turned out that it was shipped after my cancellation.
It was my first and the last order from Unity Electronics. I don't recommend other to buy it either."
