"I needed to have my car picked up and dropped off in a very specific window. United Routes worked very hard to accommodate this for me - allowing me to drop my car off in advance of the truck leaving on the front end. When a truck breakdown and bad weather prevented my car from getting to me before I went out of town, they re-delivered my car to me at no extra cost after I had returned. They really honored their agreement to get the car to me when I was available to receive it. My car was also in great shape - I had been warned that it would be extremely dirty and it wasn't bad at all. I would definitely use them again."
