"TERRIBLE customer service. I had to leave 2 phone messages and 2 emails before they got back to me 1 week later. I had purchased $1000 in gift cards from them a year ago when they were running a promotion. So I went to use them to find out that you cannot combine more than one gift card on a transaction. So I have to break my transactions up into $50 increments. Now, each time I place an order, they charge me another $7 in shipping! I asked them to combine my gift cards so I do not have this problem and they told me they do not allow multiple gift cards on a purchase so i need to spend them separately. So now each gift card is only worth $43 to me. I am very disappointed with their service... they were so good about 3 years ago. As soon as I spend all of my useless gift cards, I will never be back."
