"I bought items through this shop just in time for the Chinese New Year (which didn't come before or even after!). I'm still waiting for the items. USPS website says it's already left the US and is now in Heathrow in the UK. Royal Mail in the UK says it has yet to leave the country of origin. I have no way whatsoever to get in touch with people in USPS as per their website it seems as the shipper should be the one to do this. It's been more than a month since the order was placed and not even the box landed on my door. Customer service is poor even with the advertised times, you can't get a hold of them. If you're lucky you'd be able to get in touch with Gina. With the pandemic ravaging the whole world, all I wanted was some kind of relief from a practice I always believed in and then I get scammed (i think!) by these people. I'm demanding a refund hopefully the credit card company will help me out. "
"I made mistake w/ my order said I would pay for it. The company Unique Feng Shui said no problem we will send it out again just pay for shipping but they kept making excuses on how it got shipped out but the bad weather was taking it long then usual but it never arrived, it was in limbo and then it was "sitting at the USPS office near my house"!! So they said call to go pick it up. I did and USPS verified it never arrived I even physically went down to the USPS office to ask about it & they gave me paper work showing me it never arrived!! They informed me that the package had never left Florida. Mind you I had conversations w/Ginna back & forth over 15 emails she assured me she would let me know when it would arrive. Then told me it was sitting at the USPS office!!! I had paid $300 for my package and all I asked for was a refund because I had waited over a MONTH & she refused!!! These people are a SCAM!!!! "
"I usually don't give bad reviews but I had enough of this store. I particularly do not like their shipping practices. It takes them many days to ship and they use the slowest and most unreliable shipping services even when you pay extra for a 3 day shipping.
I'm better off getting my stuff from overseas. I bought from them several times and each time I am unhappy. I do not like to have negative vibes. Some items were even broken and I did not complain each time but this time- it might help them improve their business service. Right now I am totally unhappy."
"I placed my order January 8th, 2021. After many emails with Ginna (Georginna I must suppose), Jenny, and Lauren KK I was able to get them ship my items after telling them I would cancel my order and make a claim with Visa opening a dispute. Later I was notified my package label was created on January 16th, 2021. However my package was finally shipped on January 27th from Miami, Fl.
I called them any number of times and they never replied to me. All I got was an answering machine.
My package was finally received on January 30th and 2 items came missing. I emailed them one more time to complain about it and they replied to me telling me the order was shipped complete. So I was partially ripped off by this company. I strongly suggest not to make business with them. They are very informal and as per my experience I see orders are shipped incomplete. Also they take a long time to ship: from Jan 8th to Jan 27th almost 20 days passed. Enough time for the items to come from China which is what I think they do. They are drop shippers and order from their provider what you order from them. Their provider ships to them and they ship it to you. They don't care enough to check if their provider ships everything complete. Also do not expect your emails to be replied soon. Phone support is nonexistent. I lost $ 19.80 in items that were not shipped and my time, emotional and mental health has more value than that amount of money so they can keep that money. What a terrible experience !! If you don't want any headaches stay away from this company !! Caveat emptor !!"

"Alice was extremely helpful, patient and kind in guiding me in what I needed to do for my new home I just moved into. I have read many Feng Shui books and guides over the years, so I know my fair share, but getting their advice and tips was icing on the cake, and it resonated with what I have learned in the past. "First they sent my order to the wrong city. Then they sent the wrong items for nearly everything I ordered. They ignored my emails for a month, then told me to keep the items they sent by mistake. Still didn’t send what I ordered so I filed a dispute with VISA and the charge was reversed. Then they started rapid fire sending threatening emails. VISA decided in my favor so today they started calling and texting repeatedly until I threatened to press charges. This company is awful, and you can buy this cheap Chinese-made product line from other sources. Georgina is a nightmare. "
"Bought 19 items from Unique on 3rd Jan 2020, they only confirmed my order on 17th Jan 2020. Only received my order on 11th Feb 2020 with 8 items missing. Contacted them and they said they said they’ll verify. Up to today 27th Feb 2020, there’s still no news even though I emailed them one more time to check again on 12th Feb 2020 but there’s no more news from them. I am just asking for a reply how hard can that be? My first bad experience from an online vendor! "

To no surprise I wasn't the only one who got the bad customer. I order an wealth hanger in Nov. 2017 and receive a hanger that was a mixture of a different item on their site. Jan 2018 I sent back the wealth hanger with pictures off their site with request of the right one they advertised.Its March 2018 and I still didn't receive the new wealth hanger I requested for. Went on their site wrote to customer service about the return and it's April 13 2018 .Still no reply back to my return and No hanger !!!!! This company is the worst I have ever seen . The reviews are real !!!! Don't waste your money on the cheap quality, bad customer and lost you may experience!!!! Not worth it !!!
