"Horrible customer service. Four months ago I ordered two of the same backordered item. Voicemails and emails go ignored, and I'm just trying to get a status update on my order, since I was told it should be in stock by now. After two weeks of trying to contact them, I finally get confirmation that I'll receive a merchandise credit. UNACCEPTABLE, I tell the trade sales rep, as I have documentation of my many unanswered emails, and I demand a refund or I'll report to American Express. I finally receive a refund, but only for ONE. I am now on hold trying to contact someone AGAIN to get the refund on the second item. AVOID. The products they offer are available at other companies for the same price or lower, and with better customer service."
