Is super cute with a Beanie and probably really cute with a headband or pulled back."

It smells terrible, there is no lease in it, it looks cheaper than a Halloween wig At tangles and mediately and don’t even get me started about the shedding!! "The beginning of 2019 I became quite sick. It caused me to lose quite a bit of my hair, which had always been my "crowning glory". I love fashion, make-up, etc., so wigs were definitely an option. So many sites to choose from, but I wanted an American based company. UniWigs.com has been a pleasure to deal with, and I look forward to ordering more wigs. "I almost didn't buy do to the low price but it's very nice. I've worn it a few times and I don't think it sheds much and does tangle some. I have bought at least 10 wigs off Amazon and have been really impressed most of the time by the quality of the heat resistant synthetic ones. This one is definitely up there as one of my favorites, as the color and cut and believability is all there."

This company is despicable. I placed an order and received the wrong color. Was told I had to pay to return it, even though it was there mistake. Gave them the benefit of the doubt when they said it was correct, my monitor must show it differently. Offered me full credit for the return if i took it as a store credit. I had read the return policy prior to ordering so I am aware that they charge a ridiculous 15% restocking fee to get a refund. I opted for the store credit. A few weeks later placed an order for a different item, using the store credit from the previous return and paying the difference with a credit card. Item arrived a few weeks later. The box was dented, the hair piece was not wrapped, and the smell that came out of the box can only be described as ammonia and acetone. It literally made my eyes water. I contacted them the same day, was again told I had to pay the cost to return. Again asked for store credit as a 15% restocking fee would have lost me $55. THEY ONLY REFUNDED THE CREDIT CARD as store credit. The previous amount refunded was never returned to me, even though it is due. I have called, emailed, tried to live chat, absolutely no response. These are very expensive pieces, and i am more than willing to pay the price for the quality inferred. However, nothing I have received indicated that these wigs are of the quality stated. A case has been opened with the BBB and my credit card company from the original purchase to recoup these funds. I can only hope that no one else falls victim to whatever scam is being run here."
"I really wanted to like my wigs, they looked so good when I received them; but there was a problem-- They use fake hair! I took my human hair wigs to be styled for the weekend over easter because they're were starting to look ratty. My stylist said the reason was because all of them were mixed with human and synthetic hair. He showed me some of his other customers wigs and and then showed me how companies like uniwigs "fill" their human hair wigs with synthetic hair to give it more volume. I was shocked. He said this is a big problem with a lot of Chinese companies and he's seen this a lot from uniwigs customers. Unfortunately, what you see is not what you get from this company. Will be looking elsewhere from now on. "
