"BUYER BEWARE! I purchased a chandelier from Parrot Uncle several months ago and it's caused me nothing but trouble and expense. It arrived and was black even though the light I ordered was silver. Because they are in China, it would have cost me over $1300 to return a $485 light and they wouldn't pay the shipping even though the light was a different colour, so I was stuck with it. So, I had it painted....then went to have it installed only to find out that it was not compliant with electrical code. They were not prepared to pay to have it corrected so I ended up paying almost double the original price just to get a light that works. Please be VERY careful about ordering anything from this company if you live anywhere other than China. You likely won't be able to return it and you may or may not be able to use it. "
